- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Leads hiring projects, sourcing, screening, non-technical interviewing of the best candidates in the IT market; counsels managers along the hiring process
- Use Linkedin and other useful tools for recruiting the best candidates
- Manage and develop strong business relationships with clients and candidates/employees
- Negotiate with the candidates according to each specific project
- Manage the the onboarding or offboarding processes of the candidate
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Focus on solving problems & developing a high performing culture
- Develop and grow the HR department
